AHMI has recently received requests from a number of stakeholders that three AHMI courses would be better for the students if the duration was extended to enable students more time to undertake practical application. Therefore, AHMI is pleased to announce that on the 24th February 2020, ASQA approved the new duration for the following courses:
CPC30211 Certificate III in Carpentry
CRICOS Course Code: 097911C
New Duration: 104 weeks
AUR30616 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
CRICOS Course Code: 097718D
New Duration: 78 weeks
CPC30611 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
CRICOS Course Code: 097913A
New Duration: 104 weeks
All current students in these three courses will maintain their enrolment duration as per their current Confirmation of Enrolment. All new students commencing any one of these three courses in Term 2, 2020 (April 2020 intake) will undertake their studies as per the new duration as stated in this announcement and listed on CRICOS.
Please note that the Application for Enrolment - International Students and course information on the website have been updated with the new duration and fees for the above three courses.
