Admission / How to Apply

How to Apply

Our application process takes you from offer letter to a confirmed student visa, step-by-step. International students typically complete the journey in 4–8 weeks.

1. Choose your course

Browse qualifications and check entry, English and visa requirements before you apply.

2. Submit application

Apply online or through an authorised education agent. Attach academic, identity and English evidence.

3. Receive a Letter of Offer (OL)

If eligible, you receive a Letter of Offer outlining course, fees, intake date and conditions.

4. Accept and pay deposit

Sign the offer, pay the initial fee, and lock in OSHC. AHMI then issues your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

5. Apply for student visa (Subclass 500)

Use the CoE to lodge your visa with the Department of Home Affairs and complete the GSE statement.

6. Arrive & enrol

Attend orientation, meet your trainers, and start classes on your scheduled intake.
