Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student numbers
- Identify the potential education agents in the onshore and offshore market and establish contract with them to maximise the number of students.
- Identify potential markets and marketing channels and work closely with CEO
- Work closely with our current education agents and provide them up to date information about campuses, courses and other services.
- Liaise with other marketing and admission staff to speed up the process of offer letter and CoEs
- Manage clearly defined marketing budgets
- Follow all procedures to appoint an agent and keep all records of agent in RTO and in file
- Arranging agent agreements, representative certificates and initiate termination procedure when required
- Notify the AQSA regarding the commencement and cessation of agent agreement
- Ensure that all agents work ethically and as per college marketing standards
- Manage Agent monitoring and performance as per the education agent policy
- Handling telephonic and email inquiries of potential students and potential agents and ensure to provide them accurate and up to date information
- Manage marketing events and orientation of new students
- Manage college website and ensure that Website must have accurate and up to date information all the time
- To comply with education agent policy
