They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management consists of ten (10) units of competency, comprising 5 core units and 5 elective units, in accordance with the packaging rules.

After successfully achieving BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, candidates may undertake a relevant Bachelor degree with an Australian university or higher education provider.
Students that successfully complete all 10 units of competency as stated in the Course Structure will be issued with BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
Students that complete some but not all of the units of competency as stated in the Course Structure may be issued with a Statement of Attainment. It will identify only those units of competence that have been completed as part of the qualification and recognised nationally under the AQF.
