Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) consists of eight (8) units of competency, comprising 3 core units and 5 elective units, in accordance with the packaging rules.

After successfully achieving BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), candidates may undertake further studies with an Australian university or higher education provider
Students that successfully complete all 8 units of competency as stated in the Course Structure will be issued with BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning). This qualification is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
Students that complete some but not all of the units of competency as stated in the Course Structure may be issued with a Statement of Attainment. It will identify only those units of competence that have been completed as part of the qualification and recognised nationally under the AQF
